How to delete PureLiving VPN local app data and support email information.

Local data deletion

PureLiving VPN stores app settings and logs locally on the device. To delete local data, open the app and use the Delete Local Data option.

This clears local app settings, block logs, custom block list, allow list, app bypass list, downloaded blocklist files, PIN/cooldown settings and technical status messages.

Android settings method

You can also delete local data using Android settings:

  1. Open Android Settings.
  2. Go to Apps.
  3. Select PureLiving VPN.
  4. Open Storage.
  5. Tap Clear Data or Clear Storage.

Uninstalling

Uninstalling the app removes the app and its local app storage, subject to Android’s normal behaviour and any backup settings on the device.

If you emailed support and want your support email record deleted where reasonably possible, contact appsupport@simplylearnstuff.co.za with your request.
