Before contacting support

• Make sure Android Private DNS is turned off if you are testing DNS filtering.
• Make sure browser Secure DNS is turned off if testing browser blocking.
• Use Android VPN settings to turn Always-on VPN on.
• Keep “Block connections without VPN” off for the current DNS-filter version.
• If a normal app is blocked, try adding it to the App Bypass List.

Report a false positive

If a normal app or website is blocked, email the app/website name and what happens when you try to open it. Do not send passwords, card details or private banking information.

Report a missed adult site

If an adult website is not blocked, email the domain name so it can be reviewed for future blocklist updates.
